Returns Policy
Jsport USA accepts returns on eligible items to ensure customer satisfaction. All returns are subject to the following terms:
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition and packaging
- Complete with all components and hardware
Jsport USA reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Installed, used, or modified products
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
- Custom or special-order products
- Roof Racks or Bed Racks
Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval.
Submit a return request by email to info@jsportusa.com Once approved, an RMA number will be issued and must be clearly marked on the return package. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to a verified error or defect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
- Use a trackable, insured shipping method, as Jsport USA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Jsport USA may issue store credit at its discretion. Refund timelines may be subject to banking or credit card schedules and their processes.Â
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or shipment. Once processed, orders are subject to this Returns Policy.
