WHAT IS COVERED

Jsport USA warrants all Jsport USA–manufactured products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser. This Limited Lifetime Warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and is non-transferable.

All products must be installed and used in accordance with Jsport USA’s recommended fitment and installation guidelines. Any modification, alteration, misuse, or deviation from the intended design or function of the product will void this warranty.
Warranty eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Jsport USA.

Jsport USA may also offer third-party products that complement its product line. When purchased through Jsport USA, these items are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Hardware kits: 1-year limited warranty (considered wear items)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Subject to the limitations outlined herein, Jsport USA may, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products at no charge for parts or labor. Alternatively, Jsport USA may elect to issue a refund or store credit equal to the original purchase price.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage, including rust or scratches
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Products used in racing or competitive environments
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Improper maintenance or overloading
• Failure to follow Jsport USA’s installation or usage guidelines
• Powder-coated finishes are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
• Jsport USA is not responsible for defects or damage resulting from conditions beyond its control.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Repair, replacement, refund, or credit (as determined by Jsport USA) constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Jsport USA shall not be liable for any damage to vehicles, cargo, or other property, nor for any personal injury arising from the use or installation of its products.

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall Jsport USA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of use.

Customers are responsible for verifying product fitment and confirming all components are present prior to installation. Jsport USA is not responsible for additional shipping, labor, or installation costs incurred due to failure to verify components beforehand.

Any missing components must be reported within 90 days of receipt.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

All warranty claims require proof of purchase. A copy of the original invoice is required to initiate a claim.

Claims must be submitted via email to info@jsportusa.com. Phone submissions are not accepted.

Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.

Products must be returned with the RMA clearly marked on the shipping label and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Jsport USA is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit—use a trackable and insured shipping method.

GENERAL WARNING

Neither the manufacturer nor the seller shall be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of these products. The user is solely responsible for determining product suitability and assumes all associated risks.

POWDER COAT CARE

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of powder-coated finishes:

• Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, and petroleum-based cleaners
• Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or brush
• Rinse with clean, filtered water when possible
• Clean regularly to prevent buildup and surface degradation
• Use low-pressure settings when pressure washing

Environmental exposure and maintenance practices will affect the lifespan of the finish, which cannot be precisely predicted.

ANODIZED PRODUCT CARE

Select Jsport USA components utilize anodized aluminum.

To preserve the finish:

• Avoid abrasive materials and harsh chemicals
• Do not use acidic or alkaline cleaners
• Avoid high pH environments, including certain touchless car washes
• Clean using mild soap and water only
• Improper care may result in discoloration or surface damage.
